DR. GAVIN WEIR

Dr. Gavin Weir is the Founder, Owner, and Managing Director of Method Athletics. He has effectively treated and trained athletes at the high-school, collegiate, Olympic, and professional level including state, national, and world record holders within the USAPL and Olympic organizations.
Prior to opening the Method Athletics and Method Powergym facilities, Dr. Gavin completed clinical clerkships in orthopedics, pediatrics, and sport rehabilitation while obtaining his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Washington University in St. Louis' School of Medicine.
In addition to acting as a sports performance consultant for physical therapists across the country, Dr. Gavin continues to teach seminars on strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation of athletic populations to doctoral students, physical therapists, strength coaches, and personal trainers within the Midwest.

DR. ALI LOHR

Dr. Alexandria (Ali) Lohr received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis' School of Medicine, consistently the highest ranked program in the country.
In addition to her work as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Ali has additional certifications in strength and conditioning as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA.
Dr. Ali's clinical background includes outpatient orthopedics and pediatrics with a specialization in vestibular disorders including post-concussion therapies, completing clerkships at Cincinatti Children's Hospital and Cleveland Clinic.

RYAN HUISENGA

Coach Ryan Huisenga holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University with an emphasis on exercise testing, prescription, and training in special populations.
He additionally holds certifications in strength and conditioning as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA. He specializes in implementing testing and training protocols for youth and collegiate athletes.
Coach Ryan is a strong advocate for improvements in athlete mindset. His use of progressive strategies to address mental barriers that each athlete faces allows them to maximize their potential.
