TRAINING SESSIONS UNDER THE GUIDANCE AND SUPERVISION OF ELITE-LEVEL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACHES UP TO TWICE PER WEEK.

ONBOARD ONTO OUR COACHING PROGRAM WITH (4) 1-ON-1 TRAINING SESSIONS (1 HOUR EACH) WITH YOUR COACH.  LEARN HOW OUR TRAINING METHODS WORK, GET ACCLIMATED TO OUR TRAINING SYSTEM, AND MAXIMIZE IMPROVEMENTS IN YOUR TECHNIQUE PRIOR TO BEGINNING YOUR COACHING.
IN-SEASON TRAINING
FREELY TRAIN WITHIN THE METHOD ATHLETICS FACILITY UP TO TWICE PER WEEK.  UNLIMITED TRAINING IN METHOD POWERGYM.  WE'LL DEVELOP A TRAINING PROGRAM BUILT SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU, YOUR GOALS, AND YOUR SPORT.  SUPERVISED TRAINING AVAILABLE WITHIN THE METHOD ATHLETICS FACILITY.
MONTHLY PRIVATE SESSIONS
MONTHLY 1-ON-1 SESSIONS (1 HOUR) WITH YOUR COACH TO REVIEW UPDATED PROGRAMMING, CONSULT REGARDING TRAINING, AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS WHERE NEEDED. (1) OPTIONAL 30 MINUTE CHECK-IN EACH MONTH.
1 OR 2 INDIVIDUALS
